An online survey was conducted in mid-April 2020 among 2,280 respondents equally sampled from Germany, Malaysia and China. The objectives of this study were to:

• Compare how people in different countries are responding to Covid-19 virus

• Gauge their intentions and aspirations post-virus

Germans are still aware of the impact of reunification and the repression suffered by those in the east of the country. So they treasure personal freedom, and the ability to travel freely.
